We are currently seeking experienced multi-unit partners to build out the United States and Canada.
To be considered, our franchise candidates will preferably meet the following criteria:

You get access to our brand, recipes & procedures, vendors, training, store build-out & trade dress, website, social media, online ordering, gift card program, etc.

Depending on your qualifications, we will award franchises for multiple restaurants (under an area development agreement).
While the size of restaurants can vary the ideal size is 1500– 2,000 square feet, plus an outdoor patio.
You should be familiar with the trade area that you want to develop. We will discuss the options for securing a restaurant location during the franchise evaluation process.

You must have a designated full-time manager of the franchised business (which would be you if the franchisee is an individual or a designated manager if the franchisee is a business entity), who is approved by us and who has successfully completed our training program.

At a minimum, 11 am – 9 pm, 7 days a week, closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving.

You will attend initial training of 6 weeks of training at our facility in Henrietta.
We require that you select a site within 3 months of signing a franchise agreement and open your location within 12 months. On the buildout once a site is selected and is ready for build, timelines for buildout can vary based on a wide range of circumstances, but you can expect at least 12 weeks to create architectural plans and 10 weeks for contractor(s) to do construction once the site is ready.
