Coworking space leader Venture X is seeing tremendous early success for its UK expansion. The brand's flagship location in the UK, Chiswick Park, has already reached 71 percent occupancy in just its fourth week open.
The company credited its demographic research--which led them to this area--along with their internal teams and their new UK franchisees for this fast milestone.
The brand's UK Master Franchisee, Tom Foster, said they expect the location to be fully occupied in the first corner and have already begun to offer franchise opportunities throughout the UK.
The goal, according to Foster, is to have several franchise business locations sold by year's end.
Foster and his partner, Andrew Ross, said their success stems from having a unique proposition to offer in a competitive market, owner engagement, and keeping their own senses of humor while working hard.
Part of the franchise industry titan the United Franchise Group, Venture X is a shared workspace and community that's membership based and offers a blend of modern office style and boutique hotel coworking spaces to businesses, organizations and individuals.
This emerging brand is currently offering franchise opportunities in several major markets, and the initial investment ranges from $1.1 to $3.4 million.
