Evan M. Goldman is Counsel at Hill Wallack LLP, where he is the Chair of the Franchise Law practice group. Mr. Goldman has litigated extensively in state and federal courts, and before the American Arbitration Association ('AAA'). Mr. Goldman has a breadth of experience representing franchisor and franchisee clients in all categories of disputes, including termination issues, trademark infringement disputes, enforcement of non-competition agreements, breach of contract, employment matters and fraud claims. Mr. Goldman advises his franchisee clients in connection with the negotiation of franchise and license agreements, and related documents, and reviews voluminous disclosure documents provided to prospective franchisees. Mr. Goldman also has extensive experience in drafting franchise documents for franchisor clients, and regularly advises clients on registration and disclosure issues. Mr. Goldman earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School and his B.A. from the University of Michigan.
