In February, Spherion Staffing and Recruiting (Spherion) announced the appointment of Kathy George as president. With a 20-year tenure at Spherion and broad experience in both the staffing and franchise industries, George will oversee the company’s operations and drive purposeful growth.
In her years at Spherion, George has refined her expertise and gained a profound understanding of the franchise community, organization and staffing industry. Her experience has also provided her with a keen understanding of job market conditions and economic trends which will prove crucial for strategic decision-making and long-term success.
With broad experience right from hands-on recruiting and sales to several leadership roles in the industry and at Spherion, George has played a pivotal role in defining Spherion’s place as a leader in the staffing and recruiting industry. She has helped to steer the company through changing market dynamics and a pandemic with resilience and foresight. Most recently, she closely supported Spherion’s network of franchise business owners where she was able to provide insight into localized sales and recruitment strategies, assisting growth and increasing revenues for franchisees.
