Assisted Living Locators is
Offering Franchise Opportunities
Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Assisted Living Locators announced today it
is offering franchise opportunities nationwide in the 36
non-registration states. In Addition to Arizona, Assisted Living
Locators currently has offices in California, Texas, Pennsylvania
and New Jersey.
Assisted Living Locators is the first placement and referral
franchise in the United States.
ASSISTED LIVING LOCATORS founder and owner Angela Olea stated the
company's decision to franchise was based on the requests from
families across the United States searching for the type of
assistance that Assisted Living Locators was able to provide only
to families in Arizona.
Assisted Living Locators offers "free service" for seniors and
their families giving expert advice on long-term care and senior
housing.
The company provides clients with a network of pre-screened
assisted living facilities and has the largest DVD care home tour
library available in the nation. Their "Bring the Facility to You"
program can show potential clients their assisted living options at
the bedside at their home, nursing home or hospital.
Assisted Living Locators generates revenue from the fees paid by
the group homes and assisted living facilities per placement.
"The assisted living facility industry is experiencing
unprecedented growth," said Olea. "Every day in America, there are
tens of thousands of families searching for assisted living homes
and facilities for their elderly parents. Our franchise opportunity
addresses these needs and is in a position to break new ground as
the first placement and referral franchise in this exploding
industry."
An Assisted Living Locator franchise can be purchased for a fee of
$35,000 with total startup costs ranging from $42,365 to $63,815.
There is a monthly royalty fee of 8% that is charged to the
franchisee.
Franchisees in a local area will train at the company's
headquarters in Scottsdale and then replicate the company's
operations in their home state.
"We provide a comprehensive five-day training program that
maximizes your learning and minimizes your time and effort," Olea
explained. "Our franchise owners receive ongoing support from us
and we assist them with individual community marketing plans. This
business can be run from your home or in an office," she added.
