Menomonee Falls, Wis. (January 9, 2012) - Menomonee Falls,
Wis.-based Cousins Subs® today announced they will be unwrapping a
new location in Rochester this summer. Contractor by trade, Brian
LaBare will be opening the first Cousins Subs location in the new
Shoppes on Second Development at 187 Sixteenth Avenue
Southwest.
The newest Cousins Subs store will offer deli-style sandwiches with freshly sliced meats and vegetables, and will be one of the first stores in the state to serve-up fries and grilled sandwiches. The new location will also feature the freshly designed store aesthetic and menu boards.
"As I was exploring my options for business ownership, Cousins Subs had the best concept to offer in the market," said LaBare. "There is opportunity for substantial success in Rochester and I am thrilled to be a part of what Cousins Subs is building here in Minnesota."
LaBare and his wife, Emily, plan to hire 10 - 12 employees in preparation for opening in early summer 2012.
