High-tech garment retail franchise business Big Frog Custom T-Shirts has just announced more franchise opportunities via an ambitious development plan to add 30 more locations over the next two years.
This rapidly-growing concept has already awarded more than 100 stores across 24 states, and Big Frog is now ready to further develop in the Florida market, which is already established. Currently, there are 12 successful franchise locations in the Sunshine State. The new development push there is kicking off with a newly signed franchise agreement for the Winter Garden/Ocoee area, which is slated to open in November.
The recent signing comes right after the opening of a new Big Frog store in Palm Coast. Just 10 weeks after opening its doors, Palm Coast franchisee Mark Khadoo has already had success in the market and partnered with local organizations to grow his business. Since opening the Palm Coast store, Khadoo has partnered with many schools in the area, the city's celebration for Arbor Day, and the local "Relay for Life" event.
According to the Palm Coast franchisee, his location has received a great response from the community because it's a one-of-a-kind service provider. Before, residents would have to drive for hours to get custom outwear and t-shirts, which they can now get right at Big Frog.
Florida, which is also Big Frog's home state, was the natural choice for focused development for the brand thanks to its open real estate, buzzing business climate, and network of successful franchisees. Franchise opportunities remain open in many key markets there, including the Panhandle, Naples/Fort Meyers, Sarasota, Miami, Tampa, Orlando and Jacksonville.
Brand President Tina Bacon DeFrece noted that Florida is the top t-shirt market in the country, and Big Frog is already well-known in the state. She said the company is eagerly looking for local residents who wish to bring Big Frog into their areas. The brand is holding discovery meetings with some prospective franchisees at its support center in Dunedin on July 27, August 6 and August 27.
