Cynthia Lutgen and her husband Jeremy, to their NOVUS Franchise Network.
Mrs. Lutgen spends her time ensuring NOVUS Glass (MO) customers have a positive experience with the organization she runs as president. "A cracked windshield, a broken piece of glass or a power window that does not operate properly is frustrating. I want all our customers to drive away from their experience with us, happy and safe," stated Mrs. Lutgen.
After researching several glass business opportunities, Mrs. Lutgen investigated NOVUS Glass. "My husband and I had talked about starting our own business for several years but it wasn't until after we had a couple of bad windshield replacement experiences, involving a national company that I began to think about glass," said Mrs. Lutgen. "We were encouraged by the longevity, leadership and innovation NOVUS has brought forth to the glass industry for the past 40 years". After a trip to the NOVUS headquarters in Minnesota earlier this year, the Lutgen's decided that NOVUS Glass was the right business decision.
The day to day operations, quoting and actual services rendered are conducted by Mrs. Lutgens' husband, Jeremy. Having spent the last ten years in corporate America in a marketing capacity, the NOVUS franchise has been an American dream come true for him. The NOVUS repair first philosophy also matches the Lutgens' business strategy and environmental concerns. "Safely repairing a windshield rather than replacing the glass saves our customers time and money while reducing the amount of materials placed in our landfills," stated Jeremy. Approximately 15 million windshields, the equivalent of about 600 million pounds of material, are replaced each year and most end up in landfills.
