Commercial cleaning franchise business Anago Cleaning Systems recently welcomed a new Master Franchisee. The brand, which has over 1,500 locations overseas and in the US along with 40 Master Franchise units, recently announced that Jonathan Dean will be the Master Franchise owner in the Greater Newark area.
Brand President Adam Povlitz said that the company values the unique backgrounds of all its Master Franchisees. According to Povlitz, Dean's experience in managing large products and in commercial real estate proves that he has the ability and talent to grow the cleaning franchise's presence in the greater Newark area.
Dean has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate space and has held executive positions with top commercial real estate firms. He currently lives in Morristown in the Garden State and also founded a business improvement project. In the past, he was a recipient of the Top Producer Salesperson Award from leading commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield.
Dean said that although landlord representation and brokerage sales have been a big part of his career, he's excited by the Master Franchise opportunity with Anago because it allows him to combine his project management experience with his desire to lead a group of inspired franchisees.
Founded in 1989 by David Anago, Anago Cleaning Systems has since grown to become an international franchise business brand that has received many honors, including being named the second best commercial cleaning franchise in Entrepreneur Magazine's Franchise 500 for 2018. The total initial investment for this franchise ranges from $197,000 to $298,000.
