New Jersey Shore-based eatery Bubbakoo’s Burritos has added a new location to its roster of franchise businesses, which now total 18 stores throughout the Garden State. This new location is on Route 22 in the Town of Somerville, where the local residents will now be able to get their quesadilla and taco fix.
This location has three co-franchisees: Jesse Allen, Brandon Shamy and Amanda Taibe. Allen said that he already loved the brand's food and that this was one of the franchise opportunities that made sense from a business perspective because the company has healthy numbers and solid systems in place. Shamy added that the three co-franchises already knew that they made a top team, but since they've come together with Bubbakoo’s Burritos, they will now also be able to provide great service and a stellar product while giving back to their local community. The new Somerville store is not the first store for the three franchisees, all of whom previously owned other franchise businesses.
First opened in 2008, Bubbakoo’s features typical Mexican staples such as bowls, burritos and tacos, but they're also known for their Chiwawa, which is a fried rice ball that is coated in panko breading and smothered in cheese. This brand also has 16 different choices for protein, including buffalo shrimp and fried chicken.
Bubbakoo’s Burritos is currently offering franchise opportunities across the US. To qualify, applicants must have a net worth of $350,000, with at least $250,000 liquid. The franchise fee is $30,000, and the total initial investment ranges from $161,000 to $426,000.
