Senior relocation, liquidation company and estate sale franchise brand Caring Transitions has just announced Ray Fabik as its new president. Fabik has a background in the senior industry and experience in growing a franchise business.
Before Rabik joined this senior service company, he served as the vice president of a major eye care and eyewear brand and also as the vice president of another brand in the senior care industry. In addition, his most recent role before joining this franchise was that of CEO and then president of a coaching business.
Rabik said he discovered his personal passion for working in the senior space while serving as the vice president of another senior care franchise. Not only does he enjoy working with the clients in this space, but also with the franchisees who work to make a difference for seniors and their families every day.
In his role as brand president, Fabik will be creating a five-year plan for the company and aligning the communications between the franchise system and the corporate support team. In his new role, he will be traveling nationwide to meet with franchisees, employees and clients to see what is working for the brand and what could be improved. Fabik will also be spearheading new plans to increase public awareness surrounding the growing brand and the services they provide to local communities.
