the Greenfield BP Station are in for a better treat. Menonomee
Falls-based Cousins Subs® today announced the opening of a new sub
shop in Greenfield, WI. The Cousins Subs, which has been
incorporated into the BP Station on 12345 W. Layton Avenue, is
owned by Dave, Kelly and Jeff Schwartz of Lake Geneva.
The new restaurant features a complete menu of handcrafted, deli-style subs served on bread baked fresh daily, gourmet salads and soups. "We're excited to share our quality sandwiches and salads with our new neighbors," said David Schwartz. "Cousins Subs is a Wisconsin tradition and our family is proud to be a part of it."
In addition to opening their first Cousins Subs, David Schwartz and his family own nine BP stations. "The Schwartz family has a terrific business model and we're pleased to have them join our system," says Justin McCoy, director of marketing for Cousins Subs. "Our brand and product adds a lot of value to the petroleum guest experience and we are thrilled to open the Greenfield location."
