Del Taco Restaurants, Inc. closed out 2015 with a series of new restaurant openings. A leader in the Mexican Quick Service Restaurant category, Del Taco opened a total of nine stores in six states during Q4, further proving the brand’s commitment to strategic domestic expansion. The new stores opened in the following locations: 

  • Medford, Oregon
  • Taylorsville, Utah
  • South Jordan, Utah
  • Boise, Idaho
  • Farmington, New Mexico
  • Las Vegas, Nevada (2)
  • Porterville, California
  • Rancho Santa Margarita, California
