WOODINVILLE, Wash., Jan. XX, 2008 – Gamer Doc, the newest retail
video game store, made its North American debut at the Franchise
Expo South show in Miami Beach, Jan. 11-13, 2008, where thousands
of people were introduced to the company’s innovative concept of
delivering a new and interactive gaming experience to all
customers.
“My team and I are dedicated to providing individuals who have wanted to open a retail video game store with the opportunity to develop a business that is fun and that they can grow into the future,” said Jim Belanger, president and founder of Gamer Doc. “Our concept appealed to all ages - young, in-between and those with a multitude of experience - who stopped by to discuss their future development plans with me, my partner David Huether, and our sales associate, Amy Willaby.”
Led by an experienced management team, Gamer Doc offers franchisees an exciting opportunity that includes a 10-year agreement with 10-year renewal plus 20% renewal of then-current agreement, franchisee fees that don’t begin until the store opens, on-site training upon store opening, and a trade area protected radius.
“David and I very interested in sharing our vision and finding out how that fits in with the desire people have to establish a retail operation,” Belanger said. “We are very pleased to be the latest addition to the array of available franchising options, and are carefully developing a team of Company and franchised members in North America and beyond. We look forward to expanding our network of partners as we build a strong and successful brand.”
