Go! Go! Curry! Opens New Franchise Business Location
Go! Go! Curry!, a fast casual franchise business specializing in Japanese comfort food, just opened its seventh location in New York City.
Marking 12 years since the first location opened its doors, this fast-casual brand is answering the heavy traffic demands in its nearby locations at East 53rd and Times Square, with the new store located in the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood on W. 52nd Street.
Brand CEO Tomoko Omori explained that when the brand first came to New York, it was during a recession and uncertain market times. Despite this, the brand was able to display staying power.Moving forward, the company plans to focus on its franchise opportunities and how it can better support new franchisees.
As part of its franchise plan, Go! Go! Curry! is working on newer, more modern designs for its locations. The company decided to work with Hiromi Tsuruta, a renowned designer who has been a part of other major design projects for fast-casual concepts. They are also teaming up with Gary Occhiogrosso, a franchise industry expert, to expand the brand's current turnkey business model.
Go! Go! Curry! is currently focusing on expansion, offering franchise opportunities in primary markets such as New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
The initial investment ranges from $262,380 to $777,300.
