Little Caesars Pizza franchisees Pam and Brian Morris are opening their third location in Wichita in the coming weeks.
A new Little Caesars location is coming to Wichita, Kansas. The store will be owned by Pam and Brian Morris, and this marks their third Little Caesars in the area.
The couple signed a lease for a space measuring 1,539 square feet at 5000 S. Broadway. The building is freestanding and close to Broadway and 47th Street South.
The site renovations are expected to last from eight to ten weeks, with the new store slated to open in 2016’s first quarter.
Franchisees Brian and Pam Morris opened their first Little Caesars franchise business back in 2003, and they operate two other locations on S. Seneca and 4100 E. Harry. The locations are run by Carver Ostmeyer, their son-in-law, and Austin Morris, their son.
Little Caesars has a history of innovation, from the two-for-one pizza deal to a new conveyor oven design, and the company is looking to continue its position as an industry leader. There’s a franchise opportunity available in many markets, including New York, Ohio and New Jersey. Qualified franchisees will have a net worth of at least $250,000 with at least $100,000 liquid. The average investment ranges from $266,000 to $681,500.
