Maui Wowi Hawaiian Coffees and Smoothies opens for business at their new store location in Peoria, Illinois, serving all-natural, fresh fruit smoothies and Hawaiian coffee and espresso.

The fixed retail store is located in the Prairie Lakes Crossing Shopping Center at 9901 N. Knoxville Ave. and will open for business Thursday, April 26, 2012.
Franchise Operator Bryon Griffin has successfully added a retail location to his existing Maui Wowi business. He began as an event operator working events and venues with amobile unit and now owns a fixed piece of paradise where all Maui Wowi fans can gather to enjoy their favorite smoothies and coffees.

The store location is in a high traffic area of commercial real estate and includes a convenient drive-thru for quick access to the daily coffee or smoothie fix. It’s brightly colored Maui Wowi sign sticks out from others in the area and grabs your attention while the atmosphere and decor inside give it a laid-back island vibe that is perfect for bringing people together.

The new store will be open from 5:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sundays. Griffin plans to celebrate in May with a Grand Opening event for the entire community. Dates are still to be decided.
