Chip and Susan Campbell acquired their first location in Tampa, Florida, two decades ago. Since then, they have transformed three under-performing locations into some of the brand's top stores by volume. This husband-and-wife franchisee team have two stores they own and operate in Sarasota and Lakeland, Florida, currently.

The event ends with a day-long trade show with vendors demonstrating services, products and tools in the service, retail and pool industries.
