Leading remediation and restoration franchise PuroClean just received prestigious awards from several franchise organizations, including Entrepreneur Magazine, Franchise Times and Franchise Business Review. Each award is a testament to the brand's high level of franchisee satisfaction and continuing growth after its change of ownership just four years ago.
Brand CEO and Chairman Mark Davis said that when he and Frank Torre, the brand's Vice Chairman, came on board in 2015, they had ambitious goals to drive the brand's growth across North America. According to Davis, servant leadership is a concept they truly believe in to create a team that is dedicated to a collective mission, and awards such as these help support this long-term vision for the brand.
These recent honors include Franchise Business Review (FBR) ranking the restoration and remediation brand at number 22 in the Top 50 for its Franchisee Satisfaction Awards for companies with 130 to 300 units. To select the winners for this accolade, FBR took a survey of franchisees for answers to 33 benchmark questions about their satisfaction and experience with critical areas of their franchise systems, including core values, operations and systems, executive leadership, support and training, financial opportunity, satisfaction in general, and more. More than 1,000 brands were included, with thousands of franchisees represented.
FBR also named the brand a Top Low-Cost Franchise for 2019, making it one of just 97 franchises to receive this award for having an investment of under $100,000 at the time of the survey and a high level of franchisee satisfaction.
Entrepreneur Magazine also ranked the remediation and restoration franchiser at number 35 on its Top Low-Cost Franchisees list for 2019. Based on the scores this brand received as part of the magazine's famous Franchise 500 list, this ranking recognizes brands that offer franchise opportunities to entrepreneurs with a startup cost of under $150,000.
Rounding out the accolades was the brand's 2019 Best Buy designation from Franchise Time's Zor Awards, which are aimed at recognizing brands in ten of the industry's most accessible and exciting categories. This ranking was based on US expansion rates, management team examination, financial performance, service or product offerings, profitability, recent litigation, unit closings and openings, and other factors.
Brand COO and President Steve White said the company is thrilled to receive these industry accolades and is looking forward to continuing to deliver top customer service to Canadian and US property owners.
Established in 2001, PuroClean has since become one of the fastest-growing remediation and restoration brands in the county. Each year, this brand's locations provide flood water and mold removal, smoke and fire damage remediation, and bio-hazard cleaning services to commercial and residential customers.
With over 280 franchise offices in the US, this brand is still looking to expand and is currently offering franchise opportunities across the nation. The initial investment for one of these franchise opportunities ranges from $71,190 to $99,305 (for financing of the necessary packages) or $141,440 to $166,415 (with purchase of the necessary packages).
