Home Care Pulse, an independent research firm that measures satisfaction levels in the home care industry, bestows this accolade only on the providers who rank at the top based on client satisfaction scores. This honor places the San Gabriel Valley location among the most outstanding home care providers across the United States.
Home Care Pulse CEO and Founder Aaron Marcum congratulated the San Gabriel Valley franchise on earning this award, saying the firm is pleased to recognize the Senior Helpers location’s dedication to home care expertise and professionalism. This particular award is recognized across the industry nationwide and is based on scores assigned to several areas, including work ethic, training, compassion and communication.
