SMS Masterminds is bringing back "Heroes Among Us," its
veterans’ recruitment initiative. The mobile
tech company unveiled its first initiative back in
2013, which provided incentives and financial discounts to
qualified veterans who are looking to start their own business with
the brand.
According to CEO Luke Wallace, the company is excited by the
prospect of bringing more veterans into its licensee and employee
family by increasing access to its franchise opportunities. The
tech franchise business provides marketing services, digital
engagement and proprietary loyalty systems to local merchants,
helping them boost their revenue and build and improve customer
relationships. This renewed initiative will provide qualified
veterans with financial incentives of up to $7,000 so they can
become a certified
Mastermind with an exclusive territory.
"Heroes Among Us" is limited to ten applicants, who are going
to be recruited through search initiatives. New franchise business
licensees do pay $28,800 at the time of the initial contract, but
the program's performance-based rewards will help offset that
investment.
Charles Neale Gerencser, Chief Revenue Officer, also spoke of
the company's enthusiasm for bringing in more veterans. According
to Gerencser, veterans bring both strong leadership skills and a
dedication to service to the company's network, both of which are
simply boons for business.
