After a strong 2016, commercial real estate, franchise and business sales and marketing firm Transworld Business Advisors is primed to have yet another great year in 2017. The franchise business just brought in 57 new franchises in the US from 2016 and recently inked Master License agreements for both India and South Africa. Previously operating under the name "Transworld Business Brokers," a Florida-based company with more than 30 years of brokerage experience, Transworld represents both individuals and corporations with an eye for acquisition who want to franchise or buy another business. The firm currently has 145 franchise business locations across the globe and is known for being able to expertly pair sellers and buyers. It's also looking for more growth this year, eyeing 80 more locations in the US and five more Master Licenses globally, with countries of interest including Mexico, Singapore, China and France. Transworld President Bill Luce has also noted that Asia, South America and Europe are still in-demand areas.
Transworld is following the established trend among franchisers to have a plan for international growth as these are the emerging markets of today. Master franchisees are considered a stepping stone for the growth of domestic franchises outside of the county as those master franchisees can identify franchisees who are right for the system and oversee the execution of the concept.
According to Luce, there will be franchise opportunities across the US for qualified applicants, and the brand is adding more support and training personnel to Transworld's already strong training, mentoring and education programs to support its growth efforts. A franchise resale program is already in the works to help franchise companies sell their existing locations.
