The Tampa Bay franchise of Valpak Direct Marketing Systems Inc. has a new owner, and it’s someone familiar with the company.

Dan Harlacher bought Valpak of Tampa Bay, giving him control over advertising sales in the same region where Valpak Direct Marketing keeps its headquarters.
